OPSEU looking into prevalence of 'client agression''How common is it for staff to witness or experience aggression in the clients they support?' Toronto (10 Feb. 2010) - The Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU/NUPGE) is encouraging members to participate in a Work and Well Being study to assess staff experience with client aggression. Among the questions the union is hoping to have answered are the following: * How common is it for staff to witness or experience aggression in the clients they support? The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is conducting the study, which OPSEU says has been reviewed by experts and deemed to be worthwhile. "Your participation will help raise awareness of this issue. Please take 15 minutes to compete the online survey or print out the attached copy. The survey must be submitted by Feb. 28."
